This piercing was done at home by a friend who used to work in a piercing shop. A needle was used along with a nose bone as the initial jewelry. The piercing is a little low because my cartilage was too thick elsewhere.
Healing went quickly and the piercing did not hurt getting done. It did however sting my eyes and made them water during. A nose screw was used to replace the nose bone very early in the healing process because the nose bone was way too uncomfortable.
Healing went well with only two things. One was that for the first few days it felt like a booger was stuck in my nose. Two after it started to heal it itched a little bit. Antibacterial soap was used along with saline salution and gauze pads.
