woww! Now that's one I never even thought of! You must have no gag reflex whatsoever...hahaha. Ok, so how'd they do it and did it hurt?

I did infact have no gag reflex after that.
I was told to lay down in the chair and that it was going to be a while so I should get comfortable.
I was in fact in the chair for 45 minutes.
I laid down, and I pretty much had the piercer almost ontop of me.
He cut the needle in half. Clamped the needle. Clamped my uvula. He then pierced it like any normal piercing. The worst part was that he didn`t cut the needle enough so it poked my throat and I started to bleed. The jewelry is another story. He had gotten the ring in, and I thought that it would be ok if I swallowed. So, I swallowed and I swallowed the ring. He then had to re-do it. It didn`t hurt at all really. It did in fact swell. I took some Advil and I slept on my side or my stomach until I got used to it. It was weird at first, but I got used to it. Unless I had to run in P.E. class. [I was 17 when I got it done.] I don`t regret it at all. Its a fun piercing, and the looks of shock/horror I get are great! =]

i must say that i am extremely impressed with the initiative that it takes to go out and get something like that done. had you ever even heard of someone getting that done before you did it?
