I have this piercing too and it didn't hurt a bit! Just a pin prick on piercing, but no discomfot even when sleeping on it.

I've had mine 4 months and love it. Placement is key!! too low and shirt collars will drive you crazy and slow the healing process. Mine healed fast, I babied it every day
