You need to get a longer barbell, th one you have is too short and it isn't letting the piercing heal

if you have only had that for amonth there should not be an acrylic bead on it at all yet acrylic is pourous and can cause an infection you have to leave steal or something similar in it til it is all the way healed and you need a longer bar to aid in healing

healing will take about 3 months or so with the proper size bar and cleaning
