if its infected put non scented soap on themin shower with warm water 2 times a day and turn the ring sideto side and to get the stuff out and wash them and then do it agian to get soap out adn then put saline on them.

eh. don't rotate it...it's bad for the piercing, causes irritation, and your body naturally expels the lymph.
