Don't use peroxide, rubbing alcohol or saline solution!! Those are bad ideas. Use diluted dial soap and do sea salt soaks each day.

Yep, don't ever use peroxide, rubbing alchohol, or saline solution! They are too harsh for piercings. Use sea salt soaks and diluted soap such as provin or another mild soap. remember 1/4 tsp of sea salt to every 8 ounces of fresh clean water.

Hey guys thanks for correcting me! I wasn't thinking. I know better than to use peroxide! -slaps self- I use rubbing alcohol on all my piercings IF THEY ARENT INFECTED -slaps self again- And I also knew that sea salt soaks are good. I wonder what I was thinking!

Put a barbell in. Hoops can damage is from the tugging. And never use peroxide, alcohol, or saline solution. I used dial and Bactine.

h2ocean will heal that up quick, and take out the jewelry (whoever did it should know better) then put in either a full stainless steel bent barbell or a captive bead ring (ball closure ring). DO NOT USE ANY ACRYLIC POSTS OR BALLS UNTIL FULLY HEALED!

And it looks like you spin it a lot through the day, don't move the jewelry unless you are cleaning it, and do this at the end of a shower. Steam is a major factor in healing fresh piercings. The max healing time on my clients is 4 months which most find amazing. Moving the jewelry while healing is just like picking a scab, you rebrake open the wound every time you move the jewelry, and pretty much start the healing period over again and again.
