they dont look very good...they look like they are really close to the edges or placed wrong...

no..they didn't reject at all, the barbell went in successfully, and it's now a beautiful industrial (a year later)
the reason it looks so bad is because this was taken just after the rings were placed. the purple coloring is the placement marker.
